Shipping

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Shipping is calculated by the weight of your package and shown at checkout before you pay. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days (most orders start around $13.75); Priority takes 3–5 business days (starting around $16). You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Is the packaging discreet?
Always. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box or mailer — no product names, no branding hints, and a neutral sender name on the label.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Lingerie can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Adult toys and Exotic Juices are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, tell us within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

Products

How do I choose the right lingerie size?
Check the size chart on each product page. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up for comfort — and remember, unworn items with tags can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days.

Are your products body-safe?
Yes — we stock body-safe materials and note them in each product description. Questions about a specific toy? Just ask.

Privacy

Will anyone know what I ordered?
No. Packaging is plain and unmarked with a neutral sender name on the label. Your business stays your business.

Do I have to be 18 to order?
Yes — you must be 18 or older to purchase from Exotic Pleasure N Juices LLC.
